Training after Lockdown 3.0

Getting back to the tennis court after Lockdown 3.0 has felt great and I am ready to go deeper into my tennis journey to become a pro tennis player! I’m at the end of my third week back now and I feel that I have been able to train to a great level because of my determination to improve and commit.

The three months off gave me time to work on the strategic area of tennis with my coach, Mike James and I feel that I have been able to use these tactics and lessons in the academy performance camps over Easter break at Halton UK. The time off also helped me to realise how much I love tennis and that I want to perform to the best of my abilities each day on court.




I feel so much freer, happier and confident with my game on court than before the lockdown and having warmer weather has also helped! My shots feel better and my mindset is much more optimistic. I’m more accepting, more understanding and more open to learning than I was before.


I can’t wait to take the next steps and begin competing again but for now I am going to keep up the consistent hard work!
